Ask the awkward questions

Because they came from a directory, and nobody asked what else they already sell.
A list of companies in a target country is worth almost nothing. The questions that matter are awkward and have to be asked directly: what volumes do you really move, who pays you and in how many days, which competing line are you already carrying, and who would handle a warranty claim.
